This policy explains what information we collect when you book a consultation with Astrologer Naresh Kumar Sharma, how we use it, and how we protect it. We collect only what is needed to provide your consultation.
1. Information we collect
- Booking details you provide: your name, phone/WhatsApp number and/or email, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, your question(s), and your preferred mode of call (phone or video).
- Payment confirmation: Razorpay tells us that a payment was made (for example, the payment reference, amount and the name/contact entered at checkout).
- Messages: any messages you send us on WhatsApp or email about your booking.
This website itself has no login, no contact form and no analytics or advertising trackers. It does not use cookies.
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a payment gateway regulated in India. Your card, UPI, net-banking or wallet details are entered directly on Razorpay's secure pages. This website does not collect or store any payment data. Razorpay handles payment information under its own privacy policy.
3. How we use your information
- To prepare and study your kundli before the call.
- To contact you to agree the call time, and to conduct the consultation by phone or video.
- To respond to your booking-related queries, and to keep basic records of bookings and payments as required by law (for example, for tax and accounting).
We do not use your information for marketing without your permission, and we do not sell it.
4. Confidentiality and sharing
Your birth details and questions are kept private and are never shared with anyone else or published. Information is shared only:
- with Razorpay, to process your payment; and
- where required by law or by a valid request from a government authority.
5. Storage and security
We take reasonable care to keep your information secure and accessible only to Naresh Kumar Sharma for the purpose of your consultation. Consultations are not recorded.
The website is hosted on a static hosting provider, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
6. How long we keep it
Booking details are kept only as long as needed to provide your consultation and any follow-up, and to meet legal record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your birth details and questions at any time after your consultation, except where we must keep a record by law.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent for its use, by contacting us at the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
8. Children
Consultations are booked by adults. If you share the birth details of a child or another family member, please make sure you have the right to do so.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
